Her tragically early death brought to an end the work of an outstanding hospital librarian. Her service to patients, administered with all her zest and enthusiasm had only to be seen to be admired. She was one of the pioneer founders of the LA's Hospital and Handicapped Readers Section (the Medical, Health and Welfare Libraries Group).
